Nice clean expect outside is some real streets handle ur business keep going.unsafe factor 1 thru 10 I rate bout 8 park at night looks like a cemetery with lots of candles lit for the murdered.godbless the Dead

We have friends who live here an so we visit this park often. Have to say it's not at all kept up it's older which is fine but homes are run down dead dead everything lots are so small an streets so narrow you cant park on them so visiting is very difficult have to park aways away. homes are so close together you can handle walk up the path. To there door the dog next door is so close you can feel him barking. Nothing matches no landscaping guidelines not a place I'd choose to buy a home in

Nice place but horrible people I pulled in there to drop off a co worker at 3am it seemed like I was inside a gold mine all I can see was flash lights they're not friendly at all. local tweekers the were mean mugging threw a couple rocks at my car they make the place trash
